HL-T1 Series Measurement Sensors

The HL-T1 series is a laser collimated beam sensor which combines an ultra compact sensor head with a high functionally intelligent controller. It comes with models with sensing ranges between 500mm and 2000mm. The adoption of Class 1 laser (IEC/JIS) eliminates the need for safety countermeasures, so that it can be used in normal photoelectric sensor applications without safety concern.

It has a displacement resolution of 4 microns and capable to sensing minute object diameter of 8 microns. 

The Controller has large, easy to view displays and easy to use four-way keys incorporated into the unit’s compact body. Three types of teaching functions are available; position teaching, two-level teaching and automatic teaching, thus enabling a variety of applications to cater to different types of production requirements.
