Job Title: Key Account & Project Manager (Industrial Automation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, secure and maintain new key account customers for our company FA (Industrial Automation) products & control system solutions
  • Drive new Control System Solution Sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Drive wider & deeper account penetration with new and existing accounts through frequent proactive contact with accounts; building, expanding and maintaining strong relationships with multiple departments and key decision makers with customer organizations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent industrial automation projects and ensure that project commitments and deadlines are met
  • Provide project status reports and serve as primary customer interface for scope, schedule, and budget issues
  • Provide periodic reports of project status and progress to management
  • Participate in sales pursuits and proposal development
  • Work independently and as part of customer project teams


  • Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics (Robot & Automation), Electrical / Electronics (Control System) or equivalent
  • Knowledge in PLC (Mitsubishi / Omron / Siemens / Allen-Bradley), HMI / SCADA, Robotics / Vision, Servo / Motion Control & etc.
  • Ability to develop PLC / HMI / SCADA program
  • Knowledge of basic programming language / tools: C++ / C Sharp, 2D / 3D CAD
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales of Automation / Control System products or solutions
  • Track record in managing key account customers of industrial automation projects in Automotive, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage or Packaging Industry
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and willingness to work overtime
  • Good command in English communication and computer literacy
  • Own vehicle with a driving license
  • Willing to travel extensively in India
