Problem Statement

It is the one of our expertise to offer our customer in Thailand. The machines were used Mitsubishi discontinued PLC and SERVO system. We offer the latest Mitsubishi’s system to keep the customer’s machines in functions.

Solution

We provided new model of Mitsubishi-PLC Melsec Q and servo motor MRJ4 to replace the old one, also provided the engineering support, wiring & installation, programming and machine commissioning.

Customer’s Feedback

After the machine was replaced to new Mitsubishi PLC and Servo system. It works well as before. The customer could find the spare part very easy and can prevent the unnecessary machine’s downtime.

Problem Statement

Refer to the work flow, the project is splitted into following sub-projects：
1.Epoxy dispensing.
2.Air bubble check after dispensing.
3.Circuit board casing.
4.Label checking.
5.Temp cycle test after casing.
6.Mounting Assembly.

Solution

By using Epson Robot and Cognex Vision System. With precision pick and place by the Epson robot, plus accurate positioning and inspection of the Cognex vision system.

Result & Benefit

With the Epson robot, there is a reduction of the generation of bubbles and no leaking, resulting in uniform coating and speed is improved. Most importantly, the robot achieve efficiency and a higher inspection pass rate.

Problem Statement

Customer needs a realtime device management platform that enables them to track the machine activities on a timely basis.

Solution

With Mitsubishi Q Series and MES Interface module, together with Cognex Barcode Reader, it is updated with all machine status, order the recipe and quantity of their products real-time from SQL server to the machines etc.

Customer’s Feedback

Our MES system, can increase productivity around 22% due to reducing the time of production order from top management to each operating units, also can reduce waiting time to maintenance 4 times (120 minutes to 30 minutes).

The customer also get the production information in real-time.
