Auto Assembly of Smoke Detector

Problem Statement

For the smoke detector assembly line design, customer request the installation of optical device to be installed by using robot and vision. Vision camera fixed on the 2nd axis of robot will pick up 4 devices at one time and install into 4 locations of the product case in sequence for every working cycle.

Solution

Epson robot with the guidance of Panasonic vision system allow the assembly of smoke detector process to be carried out successfully as desired by customer.
